Please note that the minimum age to drive a jet ski is 16 years old with a parent or legal guardian present. The maximum weight capacity allowed on a jet ski is 300lbs. Clients must be present at the pick up location at least 15 mins prior to their reservation. In the case of a late arrival, we reserve the right to discount the time from your appointment. No shows will be considered a cancellation and you will lose your deposit. If you cancel your appointment 24hrs before your scheduled booking you will also lose your deposit. Please call us to discuss rescheduling and cancelling your appointment, it is greatly appreciated. We understand how unpredictable Miami weather can be, therefore we will make every effort to adjust your booking in the event of unsafe weather conditions or other unforeseeable circumstances.

How do I make a booking?

To make a booking, simply ring Miami Beach Watersports at +1 (786) 457 7572 and request your preferred date, time and the number of jet ski's you'd wish to book. We require a deposit to secure your slot (this will be deducted from your total) and the remaining amount will be taken when present. Please keep in mind that we suggest first time riders to book their own ski rather than doubles as this reduces the risk of injury and damages to the ski. The payment methods we accept are cash, Credit Cards, Zelle, Apple Pay, PayPal, CashApp and Venmo.

Where are you based?

The skis are located on Biscayne Bay. We suggest parking at the Municipal Parking Lot P72 on 5301 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33140 as we pick our customers up from the dock opposite. Our friendly staff will then take you on a serene 15minute boat ride to the jet skis.

How long is the jet ski ride?

We offer appointments from 1hr to all day rentals. FYI it takes approximately 10minutes to train 1 individual on the use and functions of a jet ski. This training process is included within your acquired time slot.

Can I bring my phone on the jet ski?

We are not liable or responsible for any loss, stolen or damaged good aboard the boat or in the jet ski. Therefore we suggest avoiding upset or disappointment by leaving irreplaceable belongings behind. If you wish to take photos during your jet ski experience, a member of our team will offer you a photo package at $20 per person. This included high quality photos and video footage of you hitting those waves.

Do I have to sign a waiver?

Yes, we require each rider to read carefully through our waiver form and sign once you've accepted the terms and conditions. The waiver is to ensure your safety and to protect our equipment. Every ski is monitored for damages when it is sent out on an appointment and when it returns. If damages to the ski occur during your appointment, you are responsible and will be charged a fee to repair. Miami Beach Watersports has a NO FLIP POLICY.

Will I need a boaters license?

We ask for each jet ski driver under 34years of age to fill out and sign the Florida Boater's License. This temporary license is a $10 boating course required by the state to confirm you are aware of the laws issued on the Florida's water.
